Our consultation fee is $179. This fee includes consultation, recommendation, and orders for up to seven months. The balance of the appointment will be collected upon scheduling. An office representative will reach out to you.
The scheduling deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a loss of the deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee
Please keep in mind that in order to provide quality service, intake forms MUST be filled out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the intake forms are not completely filled out you may be subject to a $50 fee and also be rescheduled, per company policy.
