Getting a medical marijuana card has never been easier. Please refer to our Consultation Guide for a detailed description of the full process from start to finish.

Our cost is $179 per medical visit. This includes our full services as described in our Consultation Guide.  Patients must be seen every seven months to renew their orders per state guidelines.

The $179 balance will be collected at the time of scheduling as a deposit to secure the appointment. An office representative will reach out to collect the balance and answer any questions you may have.

The scheduling deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a loss of the deposit. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee

Effective September 1st, 2020 we have changed our renewal visit cost to $150 per visit. Renewals will also be for seven months and include flower and edibles.

The state of Florida charges a $75 (+ $2.75 convenience charge) fee once per year to register for the medical marijuana card and to be active in the medical marijuana program. We will do the registration with you in the office during your appointment, but please note the fee is an additional patient responsibility.

Florida’s Amendment 2 vastly expands the list of medical conditions that qualify patients for a recommendation. Click here for a list of qualifying conditions. If you have any questions, please call us at 954-240-6706

Answered simply, no. The state of Florida issues both a concealed weapons permit and a medical marijuana card, thus making residents a lawful user of both.

If a patient wishes to purchase a firearm at a later time, they may have an issue and be unable to do so. This is a huge grey area and beyond our scope of understanding. Should you wish to get your medical marijuana card and purchase a firearm at a later date, please consult with an attorney for a full legal understanding.

Unfortunately, insurance companies abide by federal regulations and do not cover the cost of the consultation, card, or medications at the dispensary.

Patients that do not qualify for a medical marijuana card will be refunded 100% money back guaranteed.

For qualified patients, appointments are non refundable once a recommendation (the prescriptions)  have been issued.

Please refer to our cancellation policy here for more information.

Florida medical marijuana patients have reciprocity with every medical marijuana state (except New York).

Unfortunately for residents with medical cards from other states, Florida does not have reciprocate. Seasonal residents can apply for a medical marijuana card.

There is no age restriction to getting a medical marijuana card.  We do not treat minors, but can happily refer patients to a trusted physician who specializes in pediatrics. Please contact us at 954-240-6706 for more information.

Patients can only receive a recommendation if it is determined they have a diagnosed qualifying condition and that the rewards of medical marijuana outweigh the risks of using it as defined by Florida Law.

Patients that do not qualify will be refunded by our 100% money back guarantee.

CBD and THC are the two most recognizable cannabinoids of the marijuana plant that have different therapeutic effects. THC is the active ingredient that produces a euphoric “high”, whereas CBD has more anti-inflammatory and anti-anxiety properties.

Smoking is most commonly associated with medical marijuana use, however there are also oral and topical routes of administration available to patients. Consult with Dr. Levy on to see what is right for you.

All patient visits are protected under the privacy laws of HIPAA.
